Driving out of Stellenbosch in the direction of Paarl, you will enter the Simonsberg-Stellenbosch ward, known as Cabernet Country. Here you will find sixteen Wine Estates, all of which offer tastings for the discerning wine lover, each with a unique twist.

Apart from exceptional wines, we offer everything a tourist to the Cape would hope to find, from fantastic restaurants offering local cuisine, to cellar tours, and cosy cottage accommodation, all within reach of a 20 minute drive from start to finish.
 

We have learnt though that award winning wines are only possible from the fabulous vineyards that our environment allows. We in turn have set aside land as a conservancy for the wide variety of fynbos that can be found in this region. The Klapmutskop Renosterveld Conservancy provides visitors an opportunity to see our unique fynbos by means of a hike or mountain bike trip to the top.
